Test Drive Week runs the week before each Project 56 cycle. Guests can take one FREE workout per day, no risk and no obligation. It is a friendly, pressure free way to meet the coaches, get comfortable in the studio, and start building momentum before you commit to the challenge!

REGYMEN training blends strength work, conditioning intervals, and smart programming that challenges you without burning you out. You rotate between BUILD, BURN, and BLAST formats for balanced progress and better movement overall.

I love Regymen! It is by far the most friendly and welcoming gym I have ever trained in. The coaches are really fun and knowledgeable and the members are wonderful as well. I have met so many people at the gym I now consider friends. Jenn is one of my favorite coaches. She helps all members reach their fitness goals and caters to both new and experienced gym members. I AM OBSESSED! I have worked out at many other gyms in the past but the energy here is 20/10! You will feel right at home here and the instructors push you in the best way possible! Common questions

Do I have to be a REGYMEN member to join Project 56?

No. Non members can join the challenge and receive full access.

Is Test Drive Week free?

Yes! New guests can attend one workout per day during the week.

What counts as completing the challenge?

Complete at least 24 workouts and both Evolt scans.

Are photos required?

Not at all. We encourage before and after photos because they help you see your own growth, but participating is always your choice.

Can a friend join me?

Yes! You will receive 3 guest passes that you can share with friends who want to join you for a workout.
